Self-contained backyard writer’s studio in quiet spot ideally located for solo travellers exploring Halifax. Groceries, bus stops, cafes and other amenities in 2-5 min walk on Joseph Howe Drive. Very close to Mount St Vincent Uni. Newly constructed, modern, clean and comfortable. Separate entrance, private and secure. Full size shower. Kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, toaster & coffee maker. Plenty of street parking available. Laundromat & gyms across the street. Newly built.

To avoid surprises, please include two guests on the reservation if there are two people staying. The price and setup of the studio is different.

This unit is small and ideally suited to solo travellers. However, the bed can be converted into a king. If you are interested in travelling as a pair, please note that there is an additional surcharge for the extra time and supplies needed to convert the studio.

QUIET ENJOYMENT
This studio is our backyard home office that we rent when not in personal use. It is on the ground floor (no stairs). There is a one bedroom long-term rental upstairs (separate entrance). Tenants are aware that guests are staying downstairs and everyone is expected to be mutually respectful with noise levels. Thank you for your consideration.
